What we collect, and why
When you request early access, we collect the email address you enter. We use it only to contact you about the Merido early preview and related product updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent to send you these updates (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a), and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations for email marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we have not heard from you for a long time, we may email you to check that you still want to hear from us, and remove you if you do not reply.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you, based on the email address you give us here.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email privacy@merido.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Analytics and cookies
We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand how the site is used, such as how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not collect personal data.
